WDO Inspections (termite/pest)

A WDO, wood destroying organism, inspection can be required by the State of Indiana if you are financing or refinancing with a FHA, VA and HUD loan. The inspection must be performed 30 days before closing. Please allow enough time in the event a wood-destroying organism is found and treatment is necessary. I will perform a complete visual inspection of your home ( includes moisture meter readings and physical probing) to detect potential pest infestations or past infestations.
